You’re going to look with awe and wonder at the beautiful, life-filled version of you from your more naive years.

You’ll look at at every roll and crevice on that stunning mystery of a machine we call a body, and remember how well it moved and worked back then. In fact - how tirelessly it worked for someone who spent most minutes of each day berating it.

You’ll look at that pesky wrinkle forming around you mouth or eye (or both) and wish you had more time with it - before the others joined.

You’re going to look at those imperfections you currently cry about and laugh at how silly you were.

Silly, silly girl, you won’t give a damn about these flaws you waste your time crying about. You’re not going to look back and tear yourself a part. There will be a gentler, more humble and much wiser version of you that will look back teary eyed and wish they had more time to love you.
