📌ENTERPRISE ILEMBE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGENCY FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR (PERMANENT VACANCY)
SALARY PACKAGE: R 260,619.84 PER ANNUM
Key performance areas:
•Prepare monthly financial reports and reconciliations.
•Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes.
•Compile financial schedules and supporting documentation.
•Assist in preparing departmental budgets.
•Monitor expenditure against approved budgets.
•Report budget variances to management.
•Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
•Maintain proper financial documentation for audit purposes.
Minimum Requirements:
•National Diploma in Financial Management, Accounting, cost accounting, or an equivalent relevant qualification.
•A minimum of 1 year`s relevant experience in finance or accounting administration.
•Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GRAP (for the public sector).
•Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) or Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA)
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Minimum Requirements:

•A minimum of 1 years` relevant experience in project administration, project coordination, or office administration.
•Experience in project planning, monitoring, reporting, and document management.

📌ENTERPRISE ILEMBE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AGENCY RECEPTIONIST/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (PERMANENT VACANCY)
SALARY PACKAGE: R170 057.68 PER ANNUM
Job Purpose:
To coordinate and control the administrative functionality of the reception office by managing the Entity`s switchboard, providing professional clerical and administrative support services, ensuring the efficient operation of the reception area, and delivering a welcoming, customer-focused experience to all visitors and stakeholders.
Key Performance Areas:
1. Reception & Stakeholder Services:
•Welcome, receive and professionally engage all visitors, clients and stakeholders.
•Direct visitors to the appropriate officials, meeting rooms and departments.
•Maintain a professional, clean and inviting reception environment.
•Operate and manage the Entity`s main switchboard.
•Answer, screen and transfer incoming telephone calls promptly.
•Take and relay messages for unavailable staff members.
•Maintain the visitor register and support workplace access control.
•Respond to general enquiries in person, telephonically and via email.
2. Administrative Support:
•Provide administrative and clerical support to the Corporate Services Department.
•Draft, type and distribute letters, memorandum and internal communications.
•Collect information for departmental correspondence and reports.
•Record and consolidate stakeholder queries, complaints and compliments.
•Coordinate courier services, deliveries and outgoing correspondence.
3. Minimum Requirements:
•National Diploma or post-school qualification in Office Administration, Finance or Financial Management, Secretarial Studies, Public Management, Business Administration or a related field.
•Experience in local government or developmental organizations will be an added advantage.
•Minimum one (1) years` experience in an administrative, reception or clerical environment.
•Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and isiZulu.

Our client, a well-established manufacturer of industrial chemicals based in Newcastle, Northern KwaZulu- Natal, is seeking to appoint a Junior Chemical Engineer.
Minimum Requirements:
