Time trials (4km and 8km options) from the clubhouse every Thursday at 17:30. Time trials take place from the club house every Thursday starting at 17:45 in the summer (from 1 Sept) and 17:30 in the winter.

As the mornings get darker and winter settles in, it’s time for a friendly reminder from the Pod:

💡 No Headlamp. No Run.

Your safety is more important than any training session, PB or mileage goal.

Remember, the goal is not just to finish your run, it’s to get home safely afterwards.

The ones clocking mileage before sunrise, cheering from the sidelines, packing snacks, holding it all together, and still somehow showing up with strength, humour, and heart every single day.

Thank you for the lessons, lifts, love, encouragement, and endless support — on the road and far beyond it.
