Rock Up & Run is a uniquely Ballito blend of fitness, community, and good vibes that has locals lacing up their shoes, catching up with friends, and giving back - all before breakfast.

It takes place on the first Sunday of every month at Hops Ballito.

On 31 December, the free event becomes a fundraiser for which an entry fee is charged. This year’s curtain closer event takes place on a Wednesday morning and comes with an entry fee of R170.
