More than just boxing, it was a testament to Western Cape grit and generosity 🥊
Last night’s inaugural Karoo Fight Night at Karoo 62, hosted by Barrydale Fight Club, delivered high‑voltage action under the semi‑desert sky 🏜️ Champions from Strand, Gordon’s Bay, Kleinmond, Hermanus, Swellendam and Barrydale stepped into the ring to fight for a cause. All proceeds will benefit the Beer for Cancer Drive, raising funds and hope for our community.

A special shout‑out to coach Conroy Williams, our dedicated Overberg medic Mark Thrasher, and all the sponsors—especially Johan van den Berg of VM & K—for making this night unforgettable 🙌 Live music from Oudtshoorn’s Marisca Rain & the Thunder kept the energy blazing, and the poker tables raised spirits (and support!) well into the night.
