Benita is a dedicated biokineticist and the proud owner of a thriving biokinetic practice, which she has been running for 15 years.

A graduate of the University of the Free State, Benita holds a BA degree in Human Movement Science and an Honors degree in Biokinetics.

With a deep passion for improving people’s quality of life, Benita specializes in enhancing athletic performance, facilitating recovery post-surgery, and helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. For Benita, biokinetics is not just a profession—it’s a passion, a way of life, and a home away from home. Over the years, Benita has worked tirelessly to build a successful practice, driven by the belief in the transformative power of movement.

Benita attributes much of the practice's success to the incredible team that supports her. Their shared passion and dedication to the work they do have been instrumental in delivering exceptional care and making a lasting impact on their clients' lives.

Outside of work, Benita is an avid lover of the color green, enjoys indulging in sushi, and relishes the social tradition of a braai.

Through her commitment to both her clients and personal interests, Benita continues to inspire and positively impact the lives of those around her.

Meet Marlie Niksch 🌟

Since 2012, she has been a vital part of our team.
With a BA in Human Movement Science and an Honours in Biokinetics from NWU Potchefstroom, she is dedicated to helping our clients achieve their health goals.

Her favorite colors are pastels, and she loves Mediterranean cuisine.

Her passion? Witnessing patients recover, return to sports, and enjoy pain-free lives.

Meet Michelle Conlan, a valued member of our team for over 13 years!

Michelle joined us in May 2011 and has since become an integral part of our team. She holds a BA (HMS) (Hons) in Biokinetics and Sports Science, as well as a B.Soc Sci in Psychology, both from the University of Pretoria.

Her favorite colors? Mint green 💚 and grey. She has a sweet tooth for jelly candies and a love for pizza 🍕.

What Michelle enjoys most about being a biokineticist is working with a diverse range of people, each with unique personalities but sharing the same goal. She finds great reward in pushing her clients to new levels and seeing their growth along the way.
