Lightstone’s "Time on Market" data highlights this shift: in 2014, Gauteng properties sold in an average of 57 days, but today, that figure has risen to around 103 days—nearly double. This slower pace means sellers need more patience in the current market. Meanwhile, the Western Cape continues to show strong appeal for buyers and investors alike.
