Jawitz Properties launch our first franchise in Harare North, partnering with highly experienced team under the leadership of Mrs Rudo Somane, Nicole, Tonderai and Daphne Mugani!

Awesome welcome to this full house team, growing to around 18 real estate agents by end November.

This would also for the foundation to the establishment of a team on the ground in Bulawayo and a second offices in Zimbabwe in last quater 2026 or early 2027!

My strength does not come in numbers, rather through loyalty and singular focus.

Multitasking is a myth. Rather choose momentum, as this would be the greatest differentiator in achieving specific, quantified, actionable results.

Simple, does not necessarily equate to that the road would be easy. It does mean that, when all the cards are dealt, what becomes so obvious is that hard work beats talent everyday!

It still surprise me to find people who are totally caught off guard, when they realise success is dressed in overhauls and smells like sweat!

If you are the cleverest person in your team, the keeper of knowledge, or feel you know everything, there is nothing you can learn from your team, sadly it means you can't contribute to your team neither.

You cant raise the bar in your team, as your own limitations have become the very ceiling to which everyone in your team will operate, and see the ceiling in leadership as acceptable, or the norm. A catch 22 situation as they would say.

Get out of your comfort zone.

Lead to stretch, lead to serve, but mostly lead to create strong leaders around you.
