🌿 Common Types of Headaches 🌿
1️⃣ Migraine – Intense pain on one side of the head, often with nausea and sensitivity to light or sound.
2️⃣ Tension – A constant pressure or tightness around the forehead or neck, often caused by stress or fatigue.
3️⃣ Hormonal – Triggered by hormonal fluctuations, especially before menstruation.
4️⃣ Exertion – Appears after intense physical activity or sudden effort.
5️⃣ Cluster (In salvos) – Sharp, burning pain around one eye, occurring in short bursts over several days.
6️⃣ Allergy/Sinusitis – Pressure and pain in the face or forehead due to sinus inflammation.
7️⃣ Caffeine – Caused by either too much caffeine or sudden withdrawal.
8️⃣ Rebound – Results from overuse of pain medication.
9️⃣ Hemicrania continua – Persistent, one-sided headache that can last for days or weeks.
