I have had an unbelievable number of enquiries during the past few months for pups. It is impossible to respond to each and everyone and even more impossible to fill the gap.

So many stories of people who lost their dogs(mostly young dogs and some older) due to diseases prone in Scottish Terttiers.

Looking at the demand there is a clear sign that the backyard breeders are experiencing lots of issues and that their breeding stock is no longer healthy, viable or in demand. (There are a couple of Kusa Registered breeders but that does not guarantee healthy dogs)

None of these "breeders" are willing to invest in importing healthy dogs with new bloodlines to save this breed in our country and now the demand is on ethical breeders who import lines and exhibits dogs to better the breed. (Of which there is only 3 in South Africa).

We do not breed quantity, We Breed Quality.

We also don't breed every season nor do we have multiple litters every year.

If you want quality you need to be willing to wait. We have waiting lists and can't help each and everyone, so please be patient.

Breeding Scottish Terriers are not profitable at all. They are not an easy breed to raise and 99% of the time we do not even cover or expenses but we carry the financial loss as we do it to save the breed.

Do your research, be patient, the right pup will come your way 🐾🐾🐾
