316 Mangaung EPWP Participants signing their 12 months contracts... These are the same Participants who participated in 2024 financial year. This will be their final year and our major focus will be on exit strategy.
In 2024, we appointed 450... The number went done by more than 100... Most of our 2024 Participants found better paying jobs in both the public and private sector. Others went back to school and some are deceased.
While we acknowledge that EPWP is not a permanent job. It remains a critical poverty alleviation intervention in our people's lives.
