Consider the aspects that will most impact you. SAPOA has considered the following:

2.1. Property rates to increase on average with 6.30%
2.2. Sale of water to increase by 9.00%
2.3. Sale of electricity to increase by 12.70%
2.4. Sanitation to increase by 6.30%
2.5. Refuse removal to increase by 6.30%

Consider whether any other aspects in the budget will have a particular impact on your property.

Bloemfontein has been confirmed as the venue when the Springboks face Portugal in the historic first Test between the nations on Saturday, 20 July, in the final match of the Castle Lager Incoming Series as part of a thrilling 2024 home Test schedule. 🔛💪🙌
