Good morning residents - Happy Friday and weekend! A rainy 🌧️ weekend ahead!

❗️FEEDBACK FROM WOODLANDS❗️

The estate consists of two different extensions, namely Hillandale (Extension 166) and Bergendal (Extension 275).

During the applications for township establishment, separate traffic 🚗 impact studies were required for each extension by the authorities and approved on the basis that each extension would use its own access gate for entry and exit.

Among other things, the traffic impact study takes into account the generation of traffic by each extension as well as the impact of the traffic on surrounding access roads in the City.

If owners are allowed to use both access gates, new traffic impact studies may be required by the authorities, which could result in various access roads to the Estate having to be widened and upgraded, at great cost to the HOA.
