TAKE NOTICE that by summons sued out of this court, you have been called upon to give notice, within one (1) month after publication hereof, to the clerk of this court and to the plaintiff`s attorney of your intention to defend (if any) in an action wherein the plaintiff claims:
The plaintiff`s prays for judgment against the Defendants as follows:
a) Payment of damages in the sum of R 135 742.34 (one hundred and thirty five thousand seven hundred forty two rand and thirty four cents);
b) Interest thereon at the legal rate a tempora more; alternatively, date of service of the summons, to date of final payment;
c) costs of suit;
d) further and/or alternative relief.
TAKE NOTICE FURTHER that if you fail to give such notice, judgment may be granted against you without further reference to you.
