HAVING read the documents filed on record and having considered the matter, the following order is made:
1. That leave is granted to the Applicant to serve the summons in which the Applicant claims:
1.1a decree of divorce;
1.2each party to retain the assets in their possession; and
1.3further and/or alternative of the Respondent.
2.That service and summons must be effected by the publication in the Local Newspaper, Facebook.
3.On M.S Waheed at Shop A30, Atlas Oriental City, Cnr North Rand & Atlas Rd. Boksburg.
4. That the Respondent is to be afforded 1 (one ) month after services of the summons within which to enter an appearance to defend.
5.That the costs of this application are to be costs in the cause.
