Ribfest is a premium food and entertainment festival showcasing mouth-watering ribs, live music, and exciting activities. Our events bring people together, fostering a lively atmosphere and unforgettable experiences. We are looking to collaborate with right people and build the right team not only for 7 December event but the team that will take Ribfest_sa to another level
And here is what I am looking for

To build a successful Ribfest_sa event company team, consider these key roles:

*Core Team:*

1. Event Manager: Oversees overall event planning and ex*****on.
2. Marketing Manager: Handles promotions, advertising, and social media.
3. Operations Manager: Coordinates logistics, vendors, and supplies.
4. Financial Manager: Manages budget, sponsorships, and revenue.
5. Creative Director: Develops branding, design, and visual identity.

*Event Operations:*

1. Venue Coordinator: Secures and manages event venue.
2. Stage Manager: Oversees stage setup, sound, and lighting.
3. Food and Beverage Manager: Coordinates rib vendors, catering, and concessions.
4. Security and Safety Officer: Ensures event safety and security.
5. Volunteer Coordinator: Manages event volunteers.

*Marketing and Promotion:*

1. Social Media Specialist: Creates engaging content and manages social media.
2. Content Creator: Develops promotional materials (videos, images, blog posts).
3. Public Relations Officer: Handles media relations and press releases.
4. Sponsorship Coordinator: Secures and manages event sponsors.
5. Ticketing and Registration Manager: Oversees ticket sales and attendee registration at the gate

*Support Staff:*

Remember I am not talking about 7 December event but I am talking about what this company needs if really we want to build a solid and sustainable company.
