You own the rights of every video or pictures you capture by default.
Even if your client has paid you to do the job, they have paid you for the final project but they don't own the rights to that project unless they paid for the right to own the videos/pictures.
You have the rights to use every project to promote your business and add it to your portfolio.
I don't even give RAW footage or pictures to the clients unless they pay for it.
The client doesn't have the right to sale their own videos/pictures to other companies because they don't own the rights unless they buy the rights from you.
After the client releases the project you have all the rights to use it however you want
