VERY IMPORTANT: Before leaving home, please go into your Ticketmaster.co.za account and either download your tickets to your mobile device OR physically print them. This will make your entry process smooth and simple.
ENTRY TO FARM
Feel free to arrive early but please have your driver’s licence (only the driver of the vehicle) and ticket/s (printed or downloaded onto your mobile phone), ready to show at the boom, as no vehicle is granted access without having the driver & vehicle license scanned.
PARKING
There’ll be sufficient parking available on-site. Please follow the instructions given by the parking attendants.
WEATHER
The current weather forecast indicates partly cloudy weather and a slight breeze, with a high of 29°C.
SUN PROTECTION
To keep yourself and your family, friends and/or children protected from the summer sun, please bring your own sun hats, sunscreen and sun umbrellas. All umbrellas must be closed during the musical performances for maximum visibility for all. Sunscreen will be available to purchase at the bar, should you forget to bring yours.
PICNIC BLANKETS, LOW CHAIRS & CUSHIONS
Please bring your own picnic blankets, low chairs, and cushions for a super-comfy picnic experience.
FOOD/SNACKS, PICNIC BASKETS, PLATES, CUTLERY & NAPERY
There’ll be plenty of vendors on-site serving up a delicious array of picnic-style foods. We encourage you to support them, but you may bring your own picnic basket with food and snacks. Only plastic or biodegradable plates, knives, forks, spoons and serviettes/napkins will be allowed on-site to ensure everyone’s safety. Trash cans will be stationed around the premises, please use these to dispose of food, drink and other general waste.
LIQUID REFRESHMENTS & ICE
No beverages or ice may be brought onto the premises, not even water or cool drinks. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the bar areas and via some of the food stalls. Ice will be available to purchase from the bars at R60 per chill bag.
PLASTIC GLASSES (NO GLASS ALLOWED!)
We’re aiming to keep the event glass-free so as to ensure the safety of all attendees. Plastic glasses will be available from the bar at a refundable deposit of R10 per glass.
PAYMENTS
We’ll have cash, card and SnapScan facilities available.
GAMES
Remember to bring along your favourite board games or playing cards.
POWER BANKS
Bring your own power bank to keep your mobile phone charged and ready to capture all the star-studded action.
ELECTRICITY
Although we’ll have generators as a back-up in the case of an electricity outage, we’d like to kindly ask that you bear with the food vendors and the bar staff, should there be a slight delay in your order.
CHILDREN
We’ll have child-minders available to help you relax and enjoy the show, but please remember, your child remains your responsibility and not that of Nederburg, Distell (Nederburg’s mother company) or any of the service providers or staff members.
HAVE FUN, BUT BE MINDFUL
We encourage you to have as much fun as possible, but also be mindful of everyone around you, especially while the artists are performing. As far as possible, please do not block other concert-goers’ view of the stage.
RESPONSIBLE DRINKING
We take the responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages very seriously. Please DO NOT drink and drive. Rather call a ride-hailing or taxi service and leave your vehicle at the venue for collection at a later stage, at your own risk. Nederburg, Distell (Nederburg’s mother company), service providers and staff member cannot be held liable for any damages.
SECURITY & EMERGENCY SERVICES
Trained security staff will be patrolling the event to ensure the safety of all guests. Emergency medical services will also be on-site.
MERCHANDISE
Caps and t-shirts will be offered for sale at designated points.
CAMERAS/RECORDING DEVICES
Professional photographic, audio and video equipment, is prohibited in order to prevent unauthorised infringement on the publishing, music and other rights, owned by the artist. You will not be allowed to capture the show unless you are an accredited photographer/videographer with a recognised publication or media owner. Non-professional and mobile phone cameras are acceptable. For the avoidance of doubt, any camera with a detachable lens, and/or of a SLR (Single Lens Reflex) type is considered “professional” in terms of this provision.
