Pregnancy and becoming a mother is such a special season, but it definitely comes with a lot of change.

Change that you don’t always expect.

Not just your body changing, but the way your mind needs to shift because your body is changing too.

Reminding yourself daily that you are growing an entire new human, and just how absolutely amazing that is.

Reminding yourself that it’s okay to change right now, because she needs you to.

To slow down. To soften. To give yourself a little more grace.

You are creating life, and you deserve to have grace for yourself in the way you do so. 🤍
