After a long wait for legal approval, we finally got the green light to operate the DJI Mavic 4 Pro in January.

Since then we’ve been putting it to work across all kinds of projects, from Netflix productions to live TV and everything in between.

We’ve been really impressed with it. D Log across all sensors gives great flexibility in post, the flight times are great on set, and the low noise signature makes a big difference when working close to talent or in quiet locations. The signal performance has also been solid on busy sets with a lot of RF around.

It’s quickly become a really useful tool in the kit.

Shooting Gold Rush S15 in Canada was a major highlight for us. represented Filmic on the ground, delivering world class work for an international client.

He handled a range of drone platforms and also operated as a PD camera operator, showing the depth of skill our team brings to any production.
