And there is only so much she can take before she completely bends and breaks. She doesn’t always have that hero, so she has to pull herself up every time she is about to fall. Only a mighty man can lift her up, he can handle her strength, because he has doesn’t allow her to control him, he doesn’t control her, he knows exactly who he is, and who she is. His divine counter part, his soulmate, his strength and spiritual shield. He cannot live without her.

A morning of infusing movement modalities, where Contemporary Dance meets Yin Yoga.

The morning begins with a gentle flow of a Beginner Contemporary Dance Flow, softly increasing your heart rate, while burning a few calories.

The gentle flow of dance will melt into a Yin Yoga Flow, drifting you into breathwork, mindful meditation, Yoga Nidra, into a Mini Sound Bath, releasing anxiety, stress and tension. Be Yourself, Flow and Grow!

About your instructor, Hayley Stoffberg, who has a movement background since the age of 2, shall mesmerize you with a dynamic flow of movement.

Dancing in various genres of dance, modern, contemporary, adult ballet, ballroom, Latin and Hip Hop, your instructor holds qualifications in Dance, Pilates and Yoga.
