WECSA HP Coaches Education and Training

We're thrilled to celebrate our _Cape Winelands_ coaches who successfully completed the 2-day Principles of Sports Coaching program.

Course Highlights (NQF Level 4, 5 credits):_
- The Ethos of Coaching Children and Youth
- Identifying Effective Coaching Behaviors
- Coaching a Specific Sport
- The Role of Sports Science and Medicine

23 coaches from various sports codes gained practical skills through interactive sessions, data analysis, and assessments.

Feedback was _overwhelmingly positive_ - coaches found it _interesting, informative & enjoyable_! 🙏💪
Henrico Booysen shared that the program brought a new perspective to his coaching journey, highlighting the importance of the _Long-Term Athlete Development Pathway (LTADP)_.

We're excited to see the positive impact these coaches will have on athletes! 🤝 Proud of our 23 _Cape Winelands_ coaches for their dedication to growth and excellence! 💪
