Today's epic saga began with a humble plea:
"My granny flat's satellite reception is playing hide-and-seek with the cosmos!"

What started as a simple "tweak" quickly escalated into a full-blown, all-day installation marathon. We're talking about one of those mansions that probably has a postcode just for its swimming pool, topped with a roof so flat, you could land a small plane on it.

Our mission, should we choose to accept it (and we did, because that's how we roll), involved laying down enough PVC pipeline to rival a serpent's migration, all the way from the satellite dish's lofty perch down to the granny flat, where presumably, granny was anxiously awaiting her telenovelas. It was less a repair, more an architectural plumbing feat!

Repair done, and the first channels that granny checks are the sport channels

About yesterday:

We received a call from a client who asked us to come and fix their DStv reception issues.

The client... I don't understand. My DStv seems to show off: when it's a beautiful day, it works 100%, but when the weather is windy, it doesn't work.

We had to change the satellite dish; it was too rusty to perform like a household entertainer.....

Standing at a stop street in Cape Town, the air was thick with urban noise as a massive golden arrow bus rumbled to a halt in front us. It felt like a standoff—the bus idling, waiting to see if it would take the gap or let our DFSK C35 Panel Van through first.

​Suddenly, the bus driver lurched forward, pushing us back and forcing an split-second retreat. We checked both side mirrors. Clear. Safe.
​We threw the van into reverse and crept back—and then came the metallic clack.
​Heart in throat, we stepped out.

Tucked dead center into our van's massive rear blind spot was a scooter. The rider, completely engrossed in his phone, had rolled right up to our bumper, invisible behind the solid, windowless steel doors of our delivery van. Navigating the chaotic grid of Cape Town without a rear view wasn't just driving anymore; it was a high-stakes guessing game.
​We needed a fix before the city claimed another victim.

​That’s when we deployed the Wolfbox G900 Pro. Night and day. Mounted front and back, the dual-lens digital mirror now cuts through the van's steel blind spots like a hawk eye. We aren't driving blind into Cape Town's wild traffic anymore—we can finally see exactly who is lurking in the shadows behind us.
