Talk about a blue Tuesday...

As we started to assemble a fiberglass satellite dish, one of the mounting bolts did not secure properly.

I then called my representative, who was unfortunately out of town. Next, I called the technical manager, who also had other meetings for the day. However, the branch manager made it his mission to fix my issue.
With in 90 minutes of login the call & reporting the issue his was on site with a new satellite system....

When a supplier goes beyond their shops doors.... All we can say is thank you SPACE TV!!!
