I just re-read my feature / story from the Jan/ Feb issue😍 featuring .

I always get shy reading what I said after an interview. But I could not stop smiling throughout this read and getting a little inspired all over again by my journey.

Starting anything from scratch is hard and getting over those first feelings of anxiety, criticism and fear of failure is a hard rock to climb. But at some point you learn to just roll with the punches because if not you - then who will carry dreams forward?

Thats what I’m learning this week as an entrepreneur and honestly every week demands a slightly different version of you, but the most consistent version that I have found is needed everyday is the ability to SHOW UP! For your dream, passion and whatever idea of success you have.

Life’s too short and long to not get started, so whatever you wanna push, push. No one cares, but what matters is that you try and see where it lands.

Girl, Go Get your Degree 📜 👩🏽‍🎓!

It’s Graduation Season at | Starting the week and day with my Faculty graduations. Here to witness the capping of our new doctors and therapists in the field.

Feels surreal to be attending this graduation as an academic and not on the receiving end of a degree. Witnessing the joys and excitement from family members is such an amazing heartwarming sight. Even caught tears while seated here.

Education is such a great achievement and it’s truly inspiring to be in a room full of new graduates who are so eager and excited for what life has in store for them. They have worked hard and some withstood so many barriers and challenges to get here.

Here’s to the graduates, their support system and anyone pursuing a degree. It’s not easy, but it’s so worth it. 🎓
