Deeply Disappointed with Mukuru’s Poor Service
Hi Mukuru Team,
I’m honestly very disappointed with the service I’ve received. I was sent money through WorldRemit to my Mukuru card, but I couldn’t redeem it. When I called, I was told it would be fixed in an hour — it wasn’t. I called again and was told my second name isn’t on my profile, which is confusing because I’ve been using Mukuru for over three years with my ID verified and everything in order.
The money was for a family emergency, and because of this delay, we had to find another plan. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced such poor service from Mukuru — it’s really frustrating and disappointing.
Please fix this urgently and explain why such errors keep happening. I trusted Mukuru because it used to be reliable, but right now, I’m losing that trust.
