My name is Chloe and I am a Cape Town based personal trainer. I specialize in postpartum fitness, weight loss, toning and general fitness, as well as running programs. I also have a vast knowledge on healthy eating and diet plans. I like to spend time working on unique programs for each of my clients to ensure that THEIR specific goals in health and fitness are met. My sessions included a lot of running and body weight exercises as well as some weight training and stretching to ensure my clients achieve the beautiful long, lean and toned physiques they aspire to.
