I’m not much for annual goals that only start when there is a new calendar year. Instead, I’m the type who likes to take action ASAP.

To decide if a goal is worth pursuing, I ask myself a few questions:

1) Is it a logical step?
2) Is it a clear process?
3) How will it affect or change the course of my business?

One thing I always tell myself is to never sell myself short when it comes to my dreams. Believing in myself is a big part of the equation.
