A little Miladys GIFTMAS magic landed on my doorstep last week đź’™

A beautiful big box filled with this sky-blue dress and the prettiest pair of animal print flats — and I couldn’t wait to wear them.

I LOVE the elegant and flattering shape of this dress, from the structured bodice to the soft pleats, and how beautifully feminine it makes me feel. I styled it head to toe in Milady’s for a daytime look, adding a headscarf, my favourite tortoiseshell sunnies and a handmade basket that I received from the brand’s press day - it’s handmade by Henry at the Virginia Circle Market in Durban.

This dress not only looks effortlessly chic, it can transition seamlessly from day to night with a simple change of accessories, making it a fabulous new addition to my wardrobe.

A slow + dreamy escape to Robertson.

From a boutique wine tasting at Kleinhoekkloof Wines , to the most peaceful night at The Robertson Small Hotel , and a laid-back at Viljoensdrift Fine Wines & River Cruises river cruise to end it all… this little countryside break was exactly what my soul needed.

Chic spaces, beautiful food, warm hospitality and some of the Western Cape’s most breathtaking scenery — Robertson really is a gem.

There are a handful of brands that truly feel special to me—and is one of them.

Cherry season bliss 🍒

I finally ticked cherry picking off my bucket list — and it was even sweeter than I imagined.

We spent a gorgeous summer’s day at Nooitgedacht farm in Ceres celebrating Cherry Time, wandering through lush orchards, filling our bags (and stomachs!) with the juiciest, sun-ripened fruit.

From learning about SA’s cherry-growing history, to picking straight off the trees, to an unforgettable farm-style lunch… every moment felt like pure summer magic.

A few highlights:
