Never thought I’d find a skin treatment I’d love more than microneedling. So happy that Amber suggested we give cold plasma a try during the summer season.

So what is cold plasma?

This advanced technology works just above the surface of the skin using controlled plasma energy to calm inflammation, rebalance the microbiome, and gently target stubborn pigmentation, all without trauma. The faint plasma arc you see is ionised energy interacting with the skin to sterilise, oxygenate, and stimulate healthy cellular activity.

We followed this session with Mesoestetic’s Centella Asiatica Transdermal Serum to deeply soothe, repair the barrier and support healing - An essential step for pigmentation-prone or sensitised skin.

The focus of this course is to first calm and strengthen the skin before introducing deeper pigmentation treatments. Expect skin that feels calmer, clearer and more resilient with each session 🤍

Three years ago I had resin bonding done with and honestly it’s been one of those small decisions that made the biggest difference. My smile still feels natural, effortless and still like me.

Part of keeping it looking this way is seeing my amazing oral hygienist, twice a year. Those check-ins make sure everything stays healthy, sparkling, and strong, while still being low maintenance.

Grateful for a smile that looks just as good as the day we did it. Giving me that extra bit of confidence every day!

I’ve been getting injected for 10 years now. I started because I had quite deep lines on my forehead from an early age and it was bothering me. Fast forward 10 years and I’m so happy I started when I did. Those lines only deepen the longer you leave it.
