“The shape of the Observer nightstand is inspired by a fond childhood memory of designer . In his grandmother’s bedroom, her nightstand was a small but charming fixture-topped with night creams, a rotating pile of half-read books, her gold cat-eye reading glasses, and, most intriguing of all, a silver, eye-shaped jewellery box. Quietly gleaming, the box seemed to hold a certain appeal, its presence felt without needing to shout for attention.
For Chen, it was more than just a piece of furniture-it was part of her character: graceful, composed, and a little mysterious.”
