The enemy tried to make you feel embarrassed for surviving.

Embarrassed for the divorce.
Embarrassed for the heartbreak.
Embarrassed because your life did not go according to plan.

But let me remind you of something powerful -

You survived what was designed to break you.

Read that again.

Some people lost themselves completely in seasons HALF as painful as yours.

Yet here you are…
Still praying.
Still hoping.
Still rebuilding.
Still showing up.

THAT is strength.

Stop apologizing for being in recovery.

Stop shrinking because people don’t understand your process.

Healing is not weakness.
Healing is warfare.
And some of you are finally entering the season where your scars will stop speaking pain…

and start speaking PURPOSE.

Let’s Dismantle Shame

Father, Romans 8:1 says — “There is therefore now no condemnation...”
I dismantle shame connected to my past, my divorce, my mistakes, and my broken seasons.
I refuse to wear shame for something You already redeemed.
Today I choose healing over hiding.

Let me pray for you my gorgeous, gorgeous Sistah....

Many women stop dreaming because disappointment taught them to expect less.

I understand that feeling more than most.

There was a time in my life when I stopped making plans too far ahead. Not because I lacked faith, but because I was tired of being disappointed.

Life hadn't unfolded the way I thought it would.

The marriage I fought so hard to save ended in a devastating betrayal and a painful divorce after 32 years together.

People I trusted with my heart wounded me more deeply than I ever thought possible.

Dreams I had carried for decades seemed to disappear like vapour before my eyes.

Doors I prayed and prepared for remained closed, while it felt as though every step forward was being resisted and opposed.

There were moments when I questioned everything—my purpose, my future, and whether the life I had hoped for would ever come to pass.

Yet somehow, through every tear, every disappointment, and every setback, God kept me.

The disappointments taught me resilience.
The tears taught me how to encourage other women who thought they would never smile again.

Looking back now, I can see that what was meant to break me became the very thing that built me. The pain that nearly destroyed me became the foundation of my purpose. The ashes became fertile ground for restoration.

What I once saw as the end of my story became the beginning of a completely new chapter.

That is why I refuse to believe that any woman is too old, too broken, too late, or too far behind for God to use.

If you are walking through your own season of betrayal, loss, disappointment, broken and delayed dreams, I want you to know this - your story is not over. God is still writing chapters you cannot yet see. What feels like an ending may be the beginning of a life more meaningful, impactful, and purposeful than you ever imagined.

There is still purpose in you.
There is still wisdom in you.
There is still life in you.
There is still a dream worth pursuing.

It may not look like the dream you had at 30.

But it may become something far more meaningful than you ever imagined.

So if you've stopped dreaming because disappointment taught you to expect less, today I want to encourage you to expect God again.

Not your circumstances.
Not people's promises.
Not what happened before.

God.

Because He still specializes in new beginnings.

Sistahhhh, your future is not behind you.
It is waiting for you to take the next step.

Remember the weapons were formed but they will not prosper!

Let me pray for you -

Heavenly Father,

Thank You for Your promise in Isaiah 54:17 that no weapon formed against me shall prosper and that every tongue that rises against me in judgment You will condemn. Today, I stand on Your Word and declare that my life is covered by Your protection, Your favor, and Your grace.

Lord, when the enemy tries to discourage me, remind me that I belong to You. When fear, doubt, criticism, or disappointment come against me, help me to trust that You are my Defender and my Refuge. Strengthen my heart to walk in confidence, knowing that no attack can stop the plans You have for my life.

Father, heal every wound caused by harsh words, betrayal, rejection, and past hurts. Silence every lie that tells me I am not enough, too old, too broken, or too late. Replace those lies with Your truth—that I am loved, chosen, redeemed, and equipped for the purpose You have prepared for me.

I declare that every weapon of fear is broken.
Every weapon of discouragement is defeated.
Every weapon of confusion is dismantled.
Every weapon sent to hinder my destiny will not prosper.

Thank You that my inheritance as Your child is victory, peace, protection, and righteousness through Christ Jesus. Help me to move forward with faith, courage, and expectation, trusting that You are working all things together for my good.

Today I choose to believe Your promises over my circumstances and Your truth over every negative report. I receive Your strength, Your wisdom, and Your peace.

In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen. 🙏💜

Not every connection is healthy just because it’s familiar.

Some people only know the version of you that stayed silent, tolerated pain, and accepted less than you deserved.

And the moment you start healing…
they become uncomfortable.

Why?

Because healed women set boundaries.
Healed women stop over-explaining.
Healed women stop begging for bare minimum love.

Some of you are grieving people who were never truly assigned to protect your peace.

Read that again.

This season, ask yourself honestly -
Does this relationship bring clarity…
or confusion?

Peace…
or exhaustion?

Growth…
or emotional chaos?

Because not every attachment is meant to go where God is taking you.

Pentecost Sunday Is Almost Here ✨🌿

This coming Sunday, we celebrate Pentecost — a powerful reminder that God never intended for us to walk this journey alone.

For many believers, Pentecost marks the birth of the Church and the fulfillment of God's promise to pour out His Spirit upon His people. It was more than an event in history; it was a divine shift. The transition from the Old Covenant to the New Covenant. No longer written on tablets of stone, but written upon the hearts of men and women through the power of the Holy Spirit.

The same Holy Spirit who hovered over the waters in the beginning (Genesis 1:2) is the same Holy Spirit who lives within every believer today.

He is our Comforter when life hurts.
Our Counselor when we need wisdom.
Our Guide when we don't know which way to turn.
Our Intercessor when words fail us.
Our Teacher who reveals God's truth and reminds us of His promises.

The Holy Spirit doesn't just visit us—He transforms us.

He produces His fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

He unites believers into one family.
He gives courage where fear once lived.
He strengthens weary hearts.
And He empowers ordinary people to do extraordinary things for the Kingdom of God.

The disciples went from hiding behind closed doors to boldly proclaiming the Good News because of the power of the Holy Spirit.

My prayer for us this Pentecost is simple:

🔥 May the Holy Spirit breathe fresh life into weary places.
🔥 May He restore your confidence where disappointment has weakened it.
🔥 May He renew your vision where hope has faded.
🔥 May He remind you of who you are and whose you are.
🔥 And may He embolden you to step fully into the purpose God has prepared for your life.

You are not walking alone.
You are not forgotten.
You are not without help.

The Spirit of the Living God is still moving, still speaking, still healing, still restoring, and still empowering His people today.

Come Holy Spirit. Fill us afresh. ❤️

Lets Dismantle Toxic Attachments

Let me pray for you -

Lord, Your Word says in - John 8:36 — “Whom the Son sets free is free indeed.” remove every unhealthy attachment keeping me bound to pain, confusion, and cycles I have outgrown.
Teach me to release what no longer aligns with my healing.
Give me peace without guilt.

My sistahhh,

OUR STORY IS NOT OVER

You survived what should have broken you. Now it's time to discover what God can build through you.

Let me pray for you. 🌸

Heavenly Father,

Today I lift up every woman who feels disappointed, forgotten, delayed, divorced, betrayed or weary from carrying the weight of yesterday.

Lord, where hope has grown faint, breathe life again.
Where dreams have been buried, awaken them.
Where betrayal, loss, divorce, mistakes, or disappointment have left scars, pour out Your healing grace.

Help her to see herself through Your promises and not through her pain.
Give her courage to believe again, strength to trust again, and faith to dream again.

Remind her that You are still writing her story.
Just like You did for me, awaken her purpose again.
And reassure her that her future is safely held in Your hands.

Father, open her eyes to new possibilities, new opportunities, and new beginnings. Just as You helped me move beyond fear and trust You with my future, help her see that You are still working in her life. Replace fear with faith, regret with wisdom, and sorrow with expectation.

Today we choose hope.
Today we choose healing.
Today we choose to move forward.

In the mighty name of Jesus,
Amen.

Bible Verse - "Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past. See, I am doing a new thing!" — Isaiah 43:18-19

✨ Child of God, your past may be part of your story, but it is not the end of your story. Hope is breathing again. Keep moving forward. — Jazzy-Mae Destiny Restoration & Confidence Coach 🌸

Some women are not “fine.”

They are functioning.

There’s a difference.

Smiling while tired.
Working while drained.
Helping everybody while secretly falling apart inside.

And because you became “the strong one,”
people stopped checking if YOU were okay.

But strength without rest eventually turns into exhaustion.
You cannot pour from an empty soul forever.

This is your reminder -
God never asked you to carry everything alone.
Some of you need rest.
Some of you need boundaries.

Some of you need to stop rescuing everybody while abandoning yourself.

Healing is not selfish.
Rest is not laziness.
And protecting your peace is not guilt.
You deserve restoration too.
