COY, one of the V&A Waterfront’s most beloved waterside dining destinations, has refreshed its summer lunch menu to reflect the rhythm of the Waterfront and tourists’ growing appetite for quick, seasonal dining.
The COY Edit - a curated selection of 16 small plates - celebrates laid-back, flavour-forward summer eating, inviting diners to mix, match, and savour the season one bite at a time.
