Transformation in the workplace is shaped not only by legislation, but by the systems, leadership, and organisational cultures that determine whether inclusion becomes meaningful and sustainable.

Dr Tabea Tshesane joins the Nedbank Top Empowerment Conference 2026 to contribute to the national conversation around diversity, inclusion, and employment equity.

With more than 30 years of experience in transformation and organisational development, Tabea has worked across business, government, and labour structures, including representing BUSA "Business Unity South Africa" and the Commission for Employment Equity (CEE) at international platforms such as the International Labour Organisation (ILO) and the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women.

As former Chairperson of the Commission for Employment Equity, her work has focused on understanding the human and systemic dynamics influencing transformation compliance and long-term organisational change.

Nompendulo Mkhatshwa joins the Nedbank Top Empowerment Conference 2026, bringing experience from across government, higher education, youth development, and national leadership platforms.

Currently serving as Spokesperson in the Ministry of the Presidency for Women, Youth and Persons with Disabilities, Nompendulo works at the centre of national priorities focused on gender equality, youth development, and inclusion.
