Super proud to share the official trailer for FRACTURE.
A short film that sits so close to our hearts, inspired by true stories and brought to life by some of Cape Town’s finest creatives. We couldn’t be happier that Fracture will have its World Premiere, In Competition, at the Oscar qualifying Durban International Film Festival.
The film is based on the life work of a clinical psychologist who has spent years documenting, researching and speaking out about the devastating impact of solitary confinement and the mental health crisis within South Africa’s prisons. From the very beginning, the hope was that these stories would find a stage and spark conversation, Durban Film Festival will be the start of the conversation.
