The mother of Jayden-Lee Meek, Tiffany Meek, has been accused of murdering her 11-year-old son, who was found dead in May. According to reports, Jayden disappeared after being dropped off from school, and hours later, his bruised, half-dressed body was discovered on the staircase of their Fleurhof complex in Johannesburg.
Tiffany, who previously blamed police for negligence, remains in custody and is due back in the Roodepoort Magistrate’s Court for her bail hearing on 18 July.
