I have preserved my self for as long as i can 🥺, I have never had a S*x Tape, No Nudes, No drugs, Never tasted alcohol all my life, Never smoked, Never Abused anyone, No criminal record, but unfairly dragged for likes and views😭, day in day out!

To plan a podcast with friends, drinking, then mercilessly assassinate my character and destroy my reputation, then continue with life like nothing happened is not going to happen.
There will be consequences, both with the Law and a Lawsuit for all characters involved!

There is RULE OF LAW IN ZIMBABWE and No one is above the LAW!

I made a police report, and after the case I will file a lawsuit!

The Law in Zimbabwe is very clear on this, Section 164B of the Cyber and Data Protection Act Clearly states that:

“Any person who unlawfully and intentionally by means of a computer or information system generates and sends any data message to another person, or posts on any material whatsoever on any electronic medium accessible by any person, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, harass, threaten, bully or cause substantial emotional distress, or to degrade, humiliate or demean the person of another or to encourage a person to harm himself or herself, shall be guilty of an offence…”

The Cyber and Data Protection Act states that a person found to be in violation of Section 164B shall be guilty of an offence and liable to a fine not exceeding level 10 or to imprisonment for a period not exceeding ten years or to both such fine and such imprisonment.

It has to stop and stop NOW… i will be a voice to many voiceless victims who have suffered in SILENCE because they know no one, and they have either contemplated on su***de and even harming themselves because of SOCIAL MEDIA abuse!

Enough is ENOUGH!

I have not withdrawn any police case, it is there and characters involved are aware, and have been called in for questioning!
