-One hour private Runway training for models in preparation for a show.

1. ADVANCED :

* PRIVATE RUNWAY TRAINING (advanced training for models & new faces/ 3 month course/ one class per week) : -Natural walking -The model strut -in flat shoes & heels -exercises to improve posture -we will work on: posture, poise, attitude, the feet, legs, movement of hips, facial expression while on the runway, stances in runway modelling, turns, how to work a garment on the runway, elegant removal of jackets & coats, walking & stances for couture shows, and more. -theory : 1.a day in the life of a runway model : makeup & grooming for castings & fittings, 2.what to expect at fittings, rehearsals & backstage at shows in South Africa. 3.What to expect at castings, fittings & shows during Paris & Milan fashion week.

* INTERMEDIATES (who made it through the intermediate course & were chosen an agency. Additional 2 week course) : -perfecting the runway strut & focus on areas in which the new model still struggles, -exercises to improve posture, -theory: 1.what is needed in a runway model's model bag. 2.A day in the life of a model in South Africa : castings, fittings, rehearsals & shows. 3.makeup & grooming for castings & fittings. 4.Terms used in modelling. 5.Different types of photographic modelling. 6.A day in the life of a model in Paris/ Milan : model accommodation, agencies, transport, castings, fittings, what to expect on shoots & at shows.

2. INTERMEDIATES :

* PRIVATE RUNWAY TRAINING (for young women who have potential to be a model & want to join an agency. 6 week course/ 2 classes per week) : -Natural walking -the model strut -in flat shoes & heels -exercises to improve posture -we will work on poise, feet, legs, movement of hips, turns, stances in runway modelling, working a garment on the runway, removal of jackets/ coats. -theory : 1.a day in the life of a runway model in South Africa/ Paris & Milan.

3. BEGINNERS : ENTRY LEVEL :

*RUNWAY WALKING CLASSES FOR ALL WOMEN (2 month course/ one class per week. Age 18-29/ age 30+) : -Natural walking -the Runway strut -in flat shoes & heels -exercises to improve posture.

-BENEFITS OF (BEGINNERS : ENTRY LEVEL) RUNWAY WALKING CLASSES for women (age 18-29/ age 30+) :

Radiating confidence is all about the way a woman moves... About 90 per cent of how people perceive a woman is based on the way she holds herself.

If you look at any top model strutting along a runway, you'll see how she draws the crowd's attention to herself. Models don't just walk. They own the space they're in. Michelle du Toit teaches women to do the same.

Whenever a woman walks into a room, she should think of it as her own personal space... she should be sashaying wherever she goes!
