PAMBO JOB CENTRE CAPE TOWN Is a Centre started by the owners of UNIQUE LATENT and PAMBO ICT RESOURCE CENTRE an action plan to greatness, a learning Centre started to help especially the youth plus most of the jobless people to get skills to access most of South Africa’s job opportunities.

Joblessness is enlarging every day, looking for a job is becoming a job on its own. We have seen an increasing number of job seekers looking for opportunities online but most of these young people become despondent as time goes on. Cape Town as a big developed city has a very big number of jobless people capable and motivated youth are at a verge of losing it (losing their mind). Due to all this, we embarked on opening a Centre in Cape Town to help search for jobs for jobless people we not looking at failing we will push and push until we see our vision come to pass of seeing financially independent and career grown individuals.

Generating positive social change for the generation. Believing that every individual if given the opportunity has the potential to be financially independent and growth in their field of study.. We are focused on Sourcing, Creating and linking unemployed people with opportunities for growth, giving them a sense of pride, purpose, hence making a positive contribution to the society.

Creating a job opportunity benefits everybody, individual, community and society as a whole. Bridging the gap between employers (Businesses) and motivated high potential jobless people is what Pambo job Centre is focusing on. Helping to apply for jobs, creating detailed professional profiles, Completing basic important assessments and Receiving professional looking CVs and training some individuals Skills programs through workshops to increase employability chances then employers are able to easily identify best suited candidates through our centre.
