All I wanted for my birthday this year was to be present and in the moment!
I’ve learned that time loves to pass quickly and I’ve gotten in the habit of constantly anticipating the next thing because my crazy and exciting life has taught me to always be ready for the next thing which I love and that keeps me energized but I also rarely find myself sitting down and reflecting on the goals I’ve accomplished on the incredible experiences I’ve had.
Here are a few random big things that happened this year that fire me up and keep me stoked about my life!🔥
By far the most surprising and exciting thing to happen this year was meeting the person that makes me the happiest Garrett Healy !! He has brought a new excitement, energy and love into my life, a new perspective of how I look at business, and because of him I’m basically a part time Texan.🤠 I’ve met an entire new crew of amazing people (new characters unlocked🔓) and because of him and those people have changed my life and made Texas a place I love to come back to every time!
I’ve had the opportunity to work with some incredible companies and people. I started huge partnerships with the two brands in particular that I’ve dreamed of working with including building a traveling run club with LSKD // LSKD.USA, and signing as a athlete! These two major opportunities have built a lot of self belief and they’ve kept me inspired me to always reach for big goals!
I ran 4 major marathons, Berlin, New York City, Boston and Cape Town. Running has brought me to extraordinary places and have given me experiences I wouldn’t trade for the world!!! I’ve learned so much from traveling and I’ve loved learning from everyone I’ve met!
I feel so much love around me, I’m filled with joy, grateful beyond measure for my family, friends, God and all those who support me and everyone I’ve met! I’m excited for any and every adventure to come this next year!
