So proud of our brave young actors stepping into uncomfortable and vulnerable moments in our workshop and self tape audition sessions. We do our best to hold, support and guide them in discovering their way into an emotionally demanding scene. We remind them that no one who is honest in life ever plans or wants to cry so they need to stop trying to cry, avoid thinking in the moment as the actor (oh I must cry now, I must cry on cue) Rather focus on listening, staying in character and living the imaginary situation in character. Imagination is your safest and most magical friend when you are an actor!

When we started a few months ago, we knew that we wanted to give our students good exposure and a sense of the camera so that the students were well equipped in an audition space, but we also wanted them to walk away with other skills as well.
