The system enhances communication and transparency between the client, contractors, and administrators by enabling customisable workflows for initiating vetting procedures. When a vetting request is submitted for example, to verify an individual’s legitimacy or check for a criminal record, a ticket is automatically created and tracked through various stages: To Do, In Progress, Claimable, Overdue, Scheduled or completed. The platform also features real time status tracking and automated email notifications to ensure all relevant parties stay informed. Designed with flexibility in mind, the system can be tailored to support a wide range of vetting scenarios and more, making it a powerful tool for efficient, secure, and scalable contractor management.
