Role Description
Looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills who takes a professional approach to their
work. You will be required to handle all office tasks, provide polite and professional assistance via phone and email, make reservations and travel arrangements, and generally be a helpful and positive presence in the
workplace. Basic data capturing or accounting experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and screening phone calls
• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
• Managing databases and filing systems
• Maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
• Allocating and filing expenses
• Prepare meeting agendas, perform research for meetings and take minutes
• Oversee all office correspondence
• Capture creditors invoices and credit notes on Sage One
• Order stationery and office supplies
• Upkeep of company records and registrations / renewals of certification and memberships / vehicle
licences
• Ad-hoc duties as required

The murders of women and xenophobia speculations did not stop Prince Harry and his wife the beautiful Actress Meghan Markle from visiting South Africa. A lot of us were concerned about their safety after hearing the news about their visit. It is believed that the couple has landed today and they are safe and sound. We are wish them a safe trip, we don’t want to hear any stories please.
