It is time to cut your dahlia plants flat to the ground. If you are in a winter rain area, lift the bulbs and store them inside. If not, leave the bulbs in the flower beds. I normally put a short stick right next to each bulb/plant in the flower bed, to remind me where they are. This is because I plant annuals for winter colour.
