In 1987 we were acquired by Teljoy Holdings, and in 2001 a management buy-out was exceuted. We continued to grow from strength to strength and acquired our biggest competitor at the time, EarlyBird in 2009. The EarlyBird brand was absorbed into MasterCare and in 2015 Anuva Investments acquired a majority stake and with this partnership we continue to grow and evolve.
