I am a sculptor with a degree in Fine Art who has fallen in love with fondant as a medium. I am passionate about translating my love of fondant into workable techniques that will empower the creative vision of cake decorators. I also love making perfect pieces for unforgettable moments!

I am so excited to finally share this with all of you! It has been a long year of waking up before dawn to teach myself the technical skills necessary to bring this vision to life. Not to mention my long-suffering hubby from Raw Impressions Food Grade Molds, who has had to make and remake my molds with every new upgrade or improvement.

The Bella Body Mold Set truly puts the power in every cake decorator's hands to create intricate, realistic figurines easily. This is just the beginning of Bella's World! To launch what I believe will be a figurine-making revolution, I am thrilled to introduce Bella’s first incarnation, and upcoming class: Bella Bride. Watch this space!

This year for my son's birthday, I ended up with only about 4 hours to decorate his cake 😅. I had hoped for more time to do something awesome, but I think it was still pretty cool. Thank heavens for Dolcetti Cakes for the delicious chocolate cake, it made decorating a breeze.
