Into The Garden: Five Years of Grace & Growth
Dear into The Garden Family & Facebook Friends
As 2025 draws to a close, I want to take a quiet moment to say the biggest ‘Thank You’ for being part of Into The Garden Podcast for 5 years.

What started out with sharing soul poems & stories from my blog led to an unforeseen podcast phenomenon that has become a space of soul healing for me and many others. Strangers became friends. Programs began taking off. But God had bigger plans. What started from the comfort of my bedroom laying everything before Him, to radio and beyond, this journey has been a testimony that if you are faithful with little, God will bless you with much.
By His grace, we have produced over 700 episodes each one a seed planted in faith and healing. Brought together more than 300 voices in conversation.

Milestones:
Women from across the globe have shared their stories, testimonies, and devotions.
Guided women through workshops on trauma, resilience, and renewal.
Producer & Creator of Into The Garden Podcast Show- VON. Radio
Guest interview on Radio CCFM, sharing insights from my book.
Inspirational Speaker
Coaching women how to heal from within with short soul meditations anchored to God to bring peace to your everyday life.
Collaborations with Jenol Tours - We bring like-minded women together. These are invitations to taste the land, explore together, feel its rhythm, reflect on its beauty, and share authentic experiences one soul trip at a time.

And it is Only by His Grace that God himself will turn this into a community of women in search of like-minded individuals finding and carving their path in finding their inner peace, who cheer each other on, lift one another’s spirits, and create magic together.

Over the past five years, we’ve learned, we’ve grown, we posted, we shared in each other’s journeys, we collaborated, and I am so honoured to be a part of it, and I’ve loved every minute of it.

Thank you for your messages, your feedback, your encouragement, your support, your silent likes, follow and the joy you’ve brought to this little corner of blogging, podcasting, of creativity, of finding my truth in adventures written and explored.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you and thank you to God for five wonderful, glorious years, all unattainable in my own strength but attainable through His strength.
📅 Note: Our last program of the year will air on 21 December 2025. We’ll resume programming on 21 January 2026.
An Invitation:

If you’ve ever thought, “I’d love to get more involved,” this is your moment. Into The Garden is more than a podcast, it’s a safe space for listeners for women to reflect, be accountable, to leave a footprint and grow deeper in God’s word.

May your holidays be filled with peace, joy, and the gentle reminder that God multiplies the little we offer Him. Happy Holidays, with love and gratitude, wishing you a festive season and a well deserve break

See you in 2026!

An Unforgettable First Hike with Uhlan

On May 3rd, I set out on my very first hike with Uhlan, and I enjoyed every minute of it. From the start, his warmth and passion for his town and surroundings set the tone. He is both knowledgeable and fun, sharing stories that bring history, flora, and culture to life.

The trail itself is magical, winding past vineyards, through a fairy‑like forest, alongside clear streams and ruins, before opening up to the caves. Listening to Uhlan tell the history of Pniel, the caves, and the ruins, while naming the many flowers and plants along the way, leaves you in awe.

It’s not just a hike it’s an experience that stirs nostalgia and makes you want to return for more. I love the simplicity of these hikes, and the joy on Uhlan’s face as he guides us. His passion for Pniel, its people, history, and culture is contagious, making this first hike truly unforgettable.

Thank you, Uhlan, coming back for more.

Goodbye November Hello December

“Every ending nudges you toward new beginnings, inviting you to rediscover who you truly are.”

November was a month of shedding of letting go, listening deeper, showing up and honoring the quiet work beneath the surface. It held the weight of lessons and the light of small miracles. And now, December arrives not as a demand, but as a doorway.
We step through it with open hands and expectant open hearts. With gratitude for what was and what is yet to come. With courage for what could be and leaving the door ajar for what is still happening behind the scenes. December doesn’t ask for perfection; it asks for intentionality and presence. It’s the final brushstroke on the canvas of the year, and the first spark of what’s to come.

So, we say goodbye to November with reverence. And hello to December with boldness, softness, and the kind of faith that blooms even in stillness.

“Name one or more words you’re carrying into this month?”

So, my words for carrying me through December are - Bloom, don’t quit and more importantly learn to appreciate myself.

Let us know in the comments which word will carry through the month of December.

November Notes
Day 5 Positive Mindset Bank Account of Life (Motivation)
This message will make you rethink your life as more than just existence.

Your Life Has Purpose

If you’ve been feeling lost, tired, or unsure of your next step, then pause and do some introspection. This message is for you.

Your life isn’t random. It’s a sacred assignment from God. You were created with intention, placed here with purpose, and gifted with the ability to make a difference.

This isn’t about perfection, it’s about showing up with excellence, even in the small things. It’s about choosing diligence when distractions call and hold onto vision when the path feels unclear.

Let this be your gentle wake-up call. You are needed. You are called. You are capable. You are valuable. You are loved.

Start today. Live with meaning. Deposit joy, love, and faith into the bank account of your life and watch how heaven multiplies it.

“Remember the five simple rules to be happy:

1. Free your heart from hatred.

2. Free your mind from worries.

3. Live simply.

4. Give more.

5. Expect less & enjoy every moment.

Reflect on these:
“Happiness is not something ready-made. It comes from your own actions.” — Dalai Lama
“Gratitude turns what we have into enough.” — Aesop
“You cannot tailor-make the situations in life, but you can tailor-make the attitudes to fit those situations.” — Zig Ziglar
“Your mind is a garden. Your thoughts are the seeds. You can grow flowers, or you can grow weeds.” — Unknown
“The quality of your life is determined by the quality of your thoughts.” — Marcus Aurelius

Thank you and remember the choices you make today have consequences that will affect you many years from today.

Don’t be perfect...Be You!

November Notes Day 4
Worship Worship The Lord

Today’s a gentle return to the altar of praise — a throwback to Thriving Thursday, now blooming anew in the garden of introspection.

Whether you’re humming in your kitchen or dancing through your living room, let this be your moment to - Worship, Worship the Lord. For when the praises go up, the blessings come down and heaven leans in to meet you, so don't be astound.

Sunday is the day for you to restart, recharge and refuel. It's your day of rest, peace, self-love and preparation for the new week.
“Sundays are for the soul.” — Unknown

A few quotes to fuel your week:
“Everything you are against weakens you. Everything you are for empowers you.” — Wayne Dyer
“Above all, be the heroine of your life, not the victim.” — Nora Ephro
I am a vessel of praise. My worship shifts atmospheres, opens doors, and draws me closer to the heart of God.

Have an amazing Sunday and rest of the week.

November Notes Day 3
Aloha To Adventure of Note
Reminiscing 8/11/25
Aloha To Adventure of Note

Yesterday had its waves, but today we sail 🌊
Sometimes the most beautiful adventures arrive fashionably late. Yesterday had its challenges, but today? Today we rise we shine and say rather late than never because challenges come and go but keep us on our toes.

I’m thrilled to finally share Aloha To Adventure of Note, a soul-soaked escape into tropical rhythm, a travel reflection, and the kind of joy that dances barefoot on the sand, swaying hips and hands.
What if paradise isn’t a place, but a feeling you choose to step into? This reminisce invites you to sip mocktails, sway with palm trees, and remember the woman within who dreams boldly, moves gently and fulfills her dream.

When Hawaiians say “Aloha,” it’s more than a greeting. It’s an embrace. A soft invitation into their circle of warmth, where kindness is currency and connection is sacred and bliss.
It means:
You belong here.
You are seen.
You are welcome.

In just one word, Hawaiians offer the spirit of the islands open-hearted, generous, and deeply rooted in love. And today, as you read these notes, I offer you the same: Aloha, dear reader. dear listener, dear viewer. Come as you are. Stay as long as you need and if ever you need a vacay, connect with like-minded women who understand the power of creative expression, some girl time and a love for writing, culture and friendship.

Rest, Reset, Recharge, Release, Create
Leave perfection at the door
Explore. Be intentional. Receive more.

Thank you for watching

November Notes Day 2
Begin

A memory.
A reminder.
A breath.
Some days, beginnings feel like a whisper. Other days, it’s a roar from deep within.

I don't know about you but...
Some days, beginnings look like bold declarations. Other days, it’s a whisper, a breath, a quiet yes. To begin is to trust that movement matters even if it’s messy, even if it’s slow. It’s not about perfection. It's not about who's in control. It’s about presence.
“You don’t need a grand entrance to begin. You just need a willing heart.”
Today, we honor the significant act of starting again, and again.

Today, I begin not because I’m ready, but because I’m willing.
Affirm your voice as worthy, even in its rawest form.
Stand tall.
Don't stall.
Begin...

Think on this: What shift in your life would there be, if you gave yourself permission to begin right here, right now?

Send this to someone who needs to - "Begin"

Well for the rest of November I am holding myself accountable to show up each day and post one video for progression and connection.

Each day, I’ll share a story a reflection, a poem, a memory, or a moment. This is not for perfection, but for being present.
