Motivation Message to All Leaders and Members
Theme: Do We Understand What Covenant Means? Do We Understand What It Means to Say: “We’ve Got Your Six”?
Beloved leaders and members,
Today we pause and ask ourselves an honest and necessary question:
Are we really in covenant?
Do we truly understand what a Covenant means?
And do we truly understand what it means when we say, “We’ve got your six”?
A covenant is not convenience.
It is not emotional agreement.
It is not seasonal commitment.
A covenant is a sacred, lifelong responsibility rooted in loyalty, accountability, unity, and order within the body of Christ.
When we say “We’ve got your six,” it does not mean that a church, leader, or member stands alone.
It does not mean personal coverage outside the Church.
It does not promote independence, isolation, or separation.

We stand together, never alone
We remain under spiritual authority and godly order

We cover one another in prayer, not expose one another publicly
Covenant means no leader operates in isolation.
Covenant means no member is forgotten or abandoned.
Covenant means shared responsibility as one body in Christ.

Are we really living in covenant?
Are our words, actions, and commitments aligned with God’s order and the unity of the Church?
Being in covenant is more than agreement—it is living in obedience, faithfulness, and accountability to one another in Christ.
The Church is strongest when it moves as one. When one is weak, another stands strong. When one falls, another helps them rise. This is covenant living. This is the true and correct meaning of “We’ve got your six.”
