This tasty recipe brings together tender spiced chicken, fresh veggies, and a creamy sauce for the perfect homemade wrap ❤️
Ingredients:
4 tortilla wraps
2 chicken fillets
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 tomatoes, chopped
½ cucumber, chopped
cooking oil, as needed
2 tbsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Portuguese spice
2 tbsp plain yoghurt
2 tbsp mayonnaise
Method:
In a small bowl, combine paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder and Portuguese spice.
On a cutting board, slice chicken fillets into strips and coat them evenly with spice mix.
In a large pan, heat up cooking oil and fry chicken strips until cooked through.
In a bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes and cucumber. Season with salt.
In a separate bowl, combine plain yoghurt and mayonnaise.
Assemble the wraps by layering the chicken strips onto each tortilla. Top with the grated cheese, tomato and cucumber mixture, and a drizzle of the yoghurt & mayonnaise sauce.
Roll each wrap tightly, serve, and enjoy!
