Vegetables don't have to be boring. Super easy to make, Lunch made in 15 minutes 🩷
Vegetable Chowmein for lunch.

Shredded cabbage
Sliced Peppers
Sliced mushroom
Chillie
Chopped Garlic
Carrots
Soy Sauce
Noodles
Oil
Peanut Butter
Butter
To a pan, Saute onion, chopped garlic and chillies. Add in the vegetables and a tablespoon of butter. Cook on medium heat until vegetables are tender. Add in 2 tablespoon of peanut butter and stir until it melts down. Place in the boiled noodles. Stir until everything is evenly coated.
