Delicious moist Soji cake, topped with dessert cream 🤗Soji Cake

250g Butter /Margarine
2 Cups Milk
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Semolina
1 Cup Desiccated Coconut
2 tsp Baking Powder
Freshly ground Elachie

In a pan boil, 2 Cups Milk, Elachi, Butter and Sugar. Remove from heat and leave to cool.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes at 180 degrees

Top with dessert cream and decorate with Almonds

Teatime treats, Soji cake has to be one of my favorite. Topped with dessert cream. You can't go wrong with this recipe.
