Bosasa self-implicated itself in the commission, and has been (through numerous testimonies) by numerous witnesses.
The irony is: the incumbent president has been funded by the company through his (CR17) campaign as a matter of public knowledge.
He has been in top positions of the ANC and the state alike for a reasonable amount of time, however; the courts are confidently ruling in favor of the sealing of his CR17 accounts regardless of them playing host to Bosasa donations; a company that is largely linked to the state of capture!

That being said:
We see no signs of Ramaphosa being summoned to appear before the commission!

Now we ask:
Is the commission investigating state capture or just a few (some people) who are publicly misfortune?
