CASE HISTORY
Cwecwe is not the real name of the 7yr old girl that was r***d. Her name is withheld for her own safety, to protect her identity as she is a minor.

Cwecwe’s mother said the alleged incident happened on Monday 14 October 2024, on her daughter’s school’s premises, Bergview College. It only came to the family’s attention two days later. A police case was opened on the 16th of October 2024. On the 14th of October, the child returned home later than usual. From there her behaviour raised concerns. The mother said she had noticed her daughter’s unzipped school trousers and later she also noted blood stains on the trousers worn that day. Cwecwe then started complaining that her stomach was hurting and she started having difficulty in walking. With the child in pain, she was taken to a doctor for examination. The doctor then told the mother that Cwecwe had been sexually assaulted, r***d. It was later revealed by Minister in the Presidency, Sindisiwe Chikunga, that she had been r***d multiple times.

Cwecwe eventually told her father that while she and other schoolmates were waiting for their transport to arrive, the school caretaker allegedly told them to go and sweep a classroom. She said that she got tired from cleaning and doesn’t remember anything after that, until the caretaker announced the driver’s arrival. Cwecwe later told her mother she remembered the smell of a burning tyre whilst she was in the classroom. Cwecwe’s mother was angry with the police’s alleged poor handling of this case and the threats of legal action against her from the school’s principal.

UPDATE
After six months of the child’s mother tirelessly seeking help, this caught the attention of the public after she publicly shared details on social media. Police Minister Senzo Mchunu has now confirmed that a thorough investigation is fully underway into what he describes as a “complex case.” This case was originally handled by three different IO’s. There were allegedly no witnesses. DNA testing was done on the victim as per procedure, but no foreign DNA was found. Further DNA testing is currently being conducted. Three persons of interest were identified but were not named as suspects. This case was initially dismissed by the courts, citing, “insufficient evidence”. Senior police officials have now been assigned to this case.
The school did not report this incident to the Department of Education. The school has now allegedly been de-registered.
Afriforum has announced that it will be representing the school’s Principal who is a person of interest in this case.

DIVA’s FINDINGS
Firstly I want to sympathise with and acknowledge how distraught and hopeless Cwecwe’s mother must be feeling. Our children are supposed to be safe in their school environment and the fact that it took 6 months for the police to submerse themselves into this case fully, is appalling. I remind you that these findings are my thoughts and feelings (please see full disclaimer below).

I see a woman in a very high career position who is angry about this incident, who wants justice and will fight until the truth is exposed. I believe the child was sexually assaulted by one male only. Whilst the children were cleaning the classrooms I believe Cwecwe was lured away to a room (not classroom), by being offered money. She followed the person because she knew the person. It is in that room that she was repeatedly assaulted.
Cwecwe is keeping secrets, she is very scared to talk out. She knows who did this to her but her life was threatened, she is terrified.
Fear and terror cause most r**e victims to have fragmented memories of the actual incident. Although police have said there are no witnesses, I believe that there is in fact a key witness. This is a young boy, who is very quiet by nature, who saw Cwecwe follow her attacker whilst they were going to the room in question.

As far as the headmaster is concerned. I feel that even if he was at the school at the time, he was not aware of what was happening, nor was he involved. He would be guilty for not reporting the incident to the Education Department and for allegedly making threats to the girls parents. I feel his thoughts were of the school’s reputation and was worried about his career.
The driver of the child’s transport I believe was not involved and had alibi’s to show his time before reaching the school. The driver had no idea of what had just happened to the child and feels a deep sense of sorrow as he was running late on that day. I see the school losing a lot of money and it will have to rebrand and start from scratch.
I believe that forensics could still find evidence in the room where the incident occurred.
Although six months have passed, I fully believe the truth will be exposed soon by the investigating team. The suspect will receive a life sentence if mob justice doesn’t find him first. He needs to confess to the police or face the consequences.

I will release the details of who I believe is the suspect and a map of where the room is where the incident occurred to the police only. As I believe mob justice may kill a person but will not give closure.

UPDATE
Cwecwe’s parents have been in contact with me and will be sending my full report to them.

Narcissists don't co-parent. They counter-parent. They don't care about the collateral damage done to the children, as long as it hurts the other parent.
